Meet the Crayford Team

Julie Dutton – Branch Manager

Julie joined Stannah in Newport Street, London in 1988 under the YTS scheme. 1990 saw her move from London to Orpington with the creation of Stannah Special Lifts Ltd. In1994, Julie moved to the Dartford Branch and then to the Crayford Branch where she was promoted to Branch Supervisor in 1997. Julie has NVQ Level 3 in both Customer Services and Management, her IOSH Managing Safety and gained her Level 5 Diploma in Management in 2008. She became a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and was promoted to Branch Manager in March 2009.

Caroline Jerrom – Office Manager

Caroline JerromCaroline joined Stannah as a Branch Administrator in November 2008, her main role was dealing with credit control issues and resolving queries. Moving to Office Manager in March 2010 her main role is now ensuring that Crayford’s customers receive the highest level of service from the branch.

David Mann – Field Service Manager

David Mann ith Stannah since 1969, Dave started out at our London Branch and then moved to Dartford and Crayford in 1994. His career has taken him from Apprentice to Engineer to Technical Sales Representative and, currently, Field Service Manager. He is responsible for our Engineering Supervisors, Sales Engineer and our Trainer. Dave gained his NVQ Level 4 in Management and his IOSH Managing Safely in 2007.

Peter Walton – Field Service Manager

Peter Walton Peter started in with Stannah in 1985. Originally based in the Andover Head Office, he transferred to the Crayford Service Branch in 1988, and has been in his current role since 1993. Responsible for Engineers dealing with servicing and call-outs.  Peter’s main duties include organisation of service areas, monitoring performance and organising part complete jobs. Peter has an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services and Management and, in April 2009, he also gained his IOSH Managing Safely and LEIA Stairlift Technology.

Neale Emery – Field Repair Manager

Neale EmeryNeale joined Crayford in 2003 and is responsible for Engineers dealing with repairs. His main responsibilities include monitoring performance and organising part complete jobs. Neale and gained IOSH Managing Safely in October 2008.

John Whiting – Field Repair Manager

John Whiting John joined Crayford in 1996 and provides a technical support and training service for Branch Engineers and office staff. He also provides manual handling training and portable appliance testing. John is also responsible for all the safety and environmental records along with keeping the test meters calibrated and up-to-date. Technical site training visits are included in his role. John recently gained his IOSH Managing Safely and his NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services.

Bob Westrip – Technical Sales Engineer

Bob Westrip Bob began as an Engineer’s Mate in the Eastbourne Branch in 1981. After four years’ training he became a passenger lift Repair Engineer, working in shipyards around Europe including Holland, Germany, Italy, France and Belgium. He relocated to Crayford in 1998, initially as an Engineer, and now as a Technical Sales Engineer for domestic/Industrial products maintained by the Crayford Branch. He gained his IOSH Managing Safety in 2009.

Malcolm Daniells – Stores & Assets

Malcolm Daniells Malcolm joined Stannah in 1997. Although his main responsibilities are stores, assets, premises and Branch maintenance, fleet and mobiles, he is also responsible for stock control and dealing with parts enquiries and sales. Malcolm deals with any maintenance and repair issues and ensures the fleet of vehicles is stocked and maintained. Malcolm has gained NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services.

Lorraine Bennett – Branch Administrator

Lorraine Bennett Lorraine joined Stannah in 1996 and currently looks after the Branch’s key account customers, maintaining the high standard of service they have come to expect from Stannah. This includes regular invoicing, updating of schedules and contract amendments, liaising on a regular basis with customers, and all the general office duties of this very busy Branch. Lorraine has gained an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service.

Eileen Froggatt – Branch Administrator

Eileen FroggattSince joining Crayford in 1990, Eileen plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. Her daily duties include dealing with customer queries, logging call-outs, and general office duties. Eileen has an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.

Sarah Janes – Branch Administrator

Sarah Wonnacott With Stannah since 2004, Sarah is responsible for incoming calls, correspondence, and progression of work from order to completion, including repair quotations and invoicing. Sarah has an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service.

Veronica Hewett – Branch Administrator

Veronica Hewett Veronica joined Stannah as a Receptionist in 2002, moving to Branch Administrator in 2003. Her current role involves processing new contracts, adding warranties to the system and cancelling contracts that are no longer required. Veronica has gained an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.

Leanne Hoskins – Branch Administrator

Leanne joined Stannah in 2009 as a Branch Administrator.  Her main role is dealing with Credit Control Issues, resolving queries and liasing with our smaller key account customers maintaining the high standard of service that they have come to expect from Stannah.
