Stuart Beard – Branch Manager

Stuart Beard

Stuart joined Stannah in Bristol in August 2005 as a Technical Sales Engineer. After a brief spell with a competitor he returned to Major Projects, based in Andover, as a Project Engineer and later a Project Manager, managing various projects. Another promotion to Major Projects Commercial Manager followed and then a return to Bristol as Branch Manager.

He is responsible for the whole team at Bristol and across the South west and South Wales region. In addition he has responsibility for Health and Safety, QA and Commercial matters. Stuart has an NVQ4 in Management.

Chris Channon – Office Manager

Chris Channon

Chris joined the Company in 1975 as an Office Junior. She has carried out various roles within the Branch and was promoted to her present role in 1998.

Chris has completed an NVQ level 3 in Customer Service and in 2007 completed her NVQ level 4 in Business Management.

Mark Harding – Field Service Manager

Mark Harding

Mark began work with Stannah in April 1979 as a Lift Fitter's Mate. After six years he progressed to Service Engineer and in 2001 was promoted to his present role.

Mark manages eight engineers working in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Martyn Channon – Field Repair Manager

Martyn Channon

Martyn joined Stannah in November 1966 as a Fitter's Mate manufacturing and installing passenger and goods lifts. He worked as an Engineer out in the field until 1978 when he was promoted to Supervisor. Martyn has completed an NVQ 3 in Business Management.

He was presented with a long service award by HRH the Prince of Wales during his visit to Andover in February 2011.

Leon Perkins – Field Repair Manager

Leon Perkins

Leon joined Stannah in 1989 as an Engineer after working for Perkins Lifts for two years. He became installation supervisor in 1999 before leaving in 2003 to join Otis as Service Operations manager in South Wales. He joined Pickerings in 2005 as Branch Manager for the newly opened South Western office.

Leon returned to Stannah in November 2009 as a Field Engineer/ Technical Sales advisor. In February 2011 he was promoted to Field Repair Manager.

Chris Sullock – Field Service Manager

Chris Sullock

Chris has over 30 years experience in the Lift Industry. He joined Stannah in July 1994 as a Service Engineer in the Wales area. Chris was promoted to his current role in 2002 and completed an NVQ level 3 in December 2003.

Chris manages nine service engineers covering lifts and stairlifts in Wales and the South West.

Karl Hudson – Sales Team Leader

Karl Hudson

After completing his apprenticeship in 1979 in mechanical engineering, Karl has spent the majority of his working life in a factory environment in various roles including supervisory.

He joined Stannah in August 2002 as a service engineer and completed his NVQ level 3 in 2004. Karl was promoted to his current role in September 2007.

Kerry Kitchen – Technical Sales Representative

Kerry Kitchen

Kerry joined Stannah in 2009 as a technical sales advisor, she has been in the lift industry for 8 years previously concentrating on attaining and securing new maintenance contracts.

Since joining Stannah Kerry has completed LEIA course ENG1040 - Introduction to lift technology and looks forward to improving her technical skills knowledge base further.

Lucy Channon – Technical Sales Clerk

Lucy Channon

Lucy has worked for Stannah since 2006, originally joining the team as a Branch Administrator and progressing to her current role as Technical Sales Clerk.

Lucy has a varied role working as part of the Sales Team to deal with new contract leads and also working closely with the Administration Team dealing with day-to-day enquiries.

Marilyn Cannard – Branch Administrator

Marilyn Cannard

Marilyn joined Stannah in October 2005. She enjoys a varied role within the Branch having no day the same.

Her role includes submitting daily reports for Network Rail, dealing with customer enquiries and preparing Domestic Service Contracts. Marilyn is also one of the Branch First Aiders.

Lisa Crowley – Branch Administrator

Lisa Crowley

Lisa has worked for Stannah since 1989. She has taken on various roles since joining the company and has enjoyed each one of them.

Lisa has completed an NVQ level 3 in Customer Services. She has recently increased her hours and now works four days per week.

Siobhan Joubert – Branch Administrator

Siobhan Joubert

Siobhan has been with Stannah since July 2010 joining on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave and transferring as a permanent member of the team in February 2011. Her duties include call logging and general office administration work.
