Dear Sir
Early this week I had to call an engineer to my stair lift. The call was answered most promptly and when the engineer arrived, he was one of the most helpful, good mannered and obliging men I have met for a long time and he quickly corrected the fault. I would like you to make a note of this. His name was Kevin Taylor, and came from the Stockport branch.
