I must say your after sales service is 2nd to none - that sounds like a contradiction, what I mean is 1st class.
It's lovely to feel safe and know there's always help at hand like having a good friend. you know the saying 'a friend in need is a friend indeed'. 
I must include your service men in my gratitude - always so helpful and willing and punctual, always liked punctuality myself. So once again thank you for all your help. 
This letter can be used in any advert, my permission granted, but I would like those involved to share my thanks, so don't ever leave out Glen and Richard and others that have called over the years.
