I write to tell you of our experience with your company.
On Christmas Eve our lift broke down, I phoned your Bristol Office and within three quarters of an hour the engineer, Mr Wynford Williams, was with us. He worked late into the evening, in the freezing cold, to try to get it running again but was unable to do so as it needed a new coil.
We were very distressed over this as we were due to go away for Christmas the next morning. When we told Mr Williams this he gave us his phone number and told us to ring him half-an-hour before we wanted to go and he would come and lower the lift manually. This he did ON CHRISTMAS DAY!
They say the quality of a company is judged by the staff they employ. If Mr Williams is a sample of yours, you must be five star!
Today he has been and fitted the new coil along with our routine maintenance.
