Goodsmaster Plus
When your goods need to be attended in transit then this is the lift for you. Lifting loads from 500 - 1400kg, with up to two trained and competent attendants, this lift quickly moves all its cargo efficiently between floors. It has all the features of a classic Goodsmaster but has significant modifications to allow for attendant control. (If you need a larger lift or a modification please contact us to discuss.)

Car
Constructed from mild steel sheeting; finished in a tough grey baked enamel RAL 7038 with heavy duty vinyl covered floor.

Entrances
Single hinged steel door on 1060mm wide lift cars. Double hinged steel doors on 1360mm and 1460mm wide lift cars. Finished in grey baked enamel RAL 7038.
Car entrance protection
A full height inrared detector (light ray) is fitted to the lift car entrance(s).
Entry choice
Up to two entrances can be fitted on each floor (single entrance or through-car).
Controls
Goodsmaster Plus models have a cabin control panel – key switch operation with constant pressure control and emergency stop switch.
Indicators
“Lift arrival” and “lift occupied” indicators are fitted at each entrance for extra reassurance, together with an audible lift arrival buzzer.
Goodsmaster Plus models also include a load weighing device with audible overload signal.
Travel
Up to 5 stops over a total distance of 15m of travel.
Mounting
The Goodsmaster Plus is supplied in a structure supported frame which does not need load-bearing shaft walls. A solid flat base, support at each floor and at the top, together with a pre-formed lift shaft by your builder, is all that is required. Stannah can supply non-fire rated sheet steel shaft cladding in RAL 7038 as an option.
Motor/winding unit
Mounted on a bedplate fixed to the lift’s structure (external to the shaft). The motor drives a high quality reduction gearbox with 2:1 traction roping (3:1 on 1500kg model). Efficient and quiet in operation.
Safety
Goodsmaster Plus models carry full Notified Body approval.

Explanatory notes
All dimensions are nominal and in mm.
Motor Housing: It will be necessary to provide access for servicing via lockable double hinged doors for the full depth of the lift shaft. These are available from Stannah as an option.
Pit or Ramp: The Goodsmaster normally serves at floor level and would require a pit in the lowest floor. If you are unable to provide a pit, the Goodsmaster can be installed to serve at 150mm above the lowest floor and a ramp will be need to be provided by your builder or by Stannah as an additional option.
† Car Depth: With a through car entrance arrangement, the inside car depth reduces by 25mm nominal.
N.B. Consideration must be given to protect any accessible space beneath the bottom of the lift shaft. Please contact Stannah for further information.
