Our thirty-strong dedicated national contracts team provide a 'single point of contact' for national clients - those who have lifts at multiple sites nationwide. It's a growing area of our business and with our national network of eleven service branches we are able to simply get on with the job of keeping lifts, escalators and moving walkways operating efficiently and safely, right across the UK.

Whether you have a handful of lifts or more than a thousand we can take away the strain and make your job a little easier by supplying comprehensive maintenance, repair and renewals you can rely on.

Scope of our lift services

Our service includes logging and allocating breakdowns, dealing with queries, co-ordinating repairs, logging supplementary testing and insurance reports and reporting directly to our client on a regular basis including the submission of detailed KPI reports.

We develop working partnerships with all our clients, enabling us to provide information and reports that complement individual customer needs.

We recognise that many of our national customers require extended portfolio management skills as they have a wide range of lifts, escalators and moving walkways within their premises. Our National Contracts Management Team are used to meeting regularly with our customers. This results in a clear understanding of their requirements and allows us to tailor the service we provide them, enuring compliance to their exact needs.

Our current National Contract customers come from a wide range of market areas including: Infrastructure,Retail, Hotel Chains, Restaurant Chains, Supermarkets, Property Companies, Housing Associations, Charitable Organisations, Facilities Management Services and Government Organisations.
