Our expertise in the Housing Sector
Keeping people and goods moving in homes up and down the UK
Our lift solutions are provided to housing projects right across the UK, providing high-end lifts for private housing, robust lifts for public housing and a residential lift for someone's home.
Our passenger lifts provide vertical access in apartment buildings with bespoke finishes and car sizes for high-end projects that reflect the investment in interior design. Our platform lifts provide solutions in smaller units and, increasingly, as individual solutions in private dwellings. We work in both private and public housing, forming strong relationships with leading contractors for design and build tenders, working with architects and clients in traditional procurement routes, and liaising directly with Housing Associations to provide lifts based on the needs of the tenants.
We provide lift services to local authorities, councils and housing associations right across the country, installing and maintaining vandal resistant passenger lifts, platform lifts, step lifts and stair lifts for tenants. We regularly complete lift refurbishments and replacements within occupied buildings. We work with landlords, tenants, builders and lift consultants to ensure we work safely, causing minimum disruption and always providing a means of access for all building users.
Our home lifts are helping thousands of home owners everyday, from the dumbwaiter making light work of groceries to the lift enabling easy travel between floors. A lifestyle choice, these domestic lifts future-proof any home with the reassurance of local service, nationwide.
