Home lift & stairlift repair and call-outs
As one of the UK's leading stairlift companies, with national coverage and experienced engineers, we can assist whether you have a contract or not. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your stairlift, simply contact us and we can assist with any breakdown or fault.
We invest heavily in training our engineers. This means your repairs can be made as quickly as possible – giving you peace of mind and allowing you to get back to your day.
Home lift & stairlift maintenance services
Think of maintenance as a way of keeping peace of mind after your warranty ends. A regular service every 6 to 12 months can prevent most major problems and breakdowns from happening and keep your lift running reliably when you need it the most.
Did you know that as a stairlift service contract customer you’ll get your very own regular service engineer? They’ll become a familiar friendly face that keeps your stairlift running reliably. The same goes for any domestic lift.
Our engineers are always prepared. Our vans are fully equipped with a variety of spare parts, including stairlift batteries and replacement parts to rails and fixings, to make sure we’re ready for any eventuality.
We believe in thoroughly checking your equipment. Instead of a quick visual inspection, during a service visit, we undertake full preventative maintenance. By checking over, adjusting and lubricating where needed it will prevent problems and breakdowns from happening. Our engineers will be able to identify any worn or faulty parts and replace them.
If you're a Stannah customer we’ll contact you when a service is due - arranging a time best for you.
