Stannah Homelift & Stairlift Warranties & Servicing
If you've recently installed your Stannah product then you'll be covered by our warranty:
- New stairlifts come with a 2 year warranty and include two services.
- Reconditioned stairlifts come with a 1 year warranty and one free service.
- Each homelift comes with a 1 year warranty and includes two free service visits.
We have a well-earned reputation for product reliability, but like any machine, our stairlifts will benefit from regular stairlift maintenance. So we recommend that each one is serviced every 12 months by one of our fully qualified stairlift engineers to ensure trouble-free performance for years to come.
After your warranty expires a service contract can be arranged and our local branch will get in touch to discuss your options.
