The Stannah Southern England service branch consists of a friendly team of lift professionals, geared towards delivering expert lift maintenance, repair and quality customer service. From our Hampshire base, we look after thousands of lifts from the Isle of Wight to the M3 corridor.
Servicing & repair for ALL types of lifts from ALL manufacturers
We're part of a British family run business with over 150 years of lift expertise, that's also well known for stairlifts. We know how important a working lift or stair lift is. So that’s why we provide a fast, reliable and high-quality servicing & repair - for ALL types of lifts from ALL manufacturers. We offer a stairlift repair and call-out service, providing stairlift servicing for both Stannah models and those from other manufacturers. Just like the rest of our business, our Ringwood branch prides itself on thorough service visits as part of any service contract, helping to prevent costly repair bills.
Stairlift & lift maintenance contracts
We offer a range of standard maintenance contracts, designed to suit every need and budget, along with custom options. But we don’t only help contract customers! If you don’t have a service agreement, don’t worry our experienced lift engineers can still help and with our emergency breakdown cover, we will put your lifting device back into service as quickly as possible.
Lift refurbishment, lift modernisation & turn-key lift installation
We also get involved in lift refurbishment, lift modernisation and turn-key lift installation, regularly working with clients, consultants, architects and contractors. Always ensuring we deliver excellent customer service. This includes most of the Network Rail station lifts in our region, with latest major projects including the refurbishment of multiple lifts for Bournemouth Council over a six-year period, across their housing stocks and lift modernisations for Tesco and Sainsbury’s in our area.

Stannah passenger lift for hospice extension
Located within Andover War Memorial Hospital, the Countess of Brecknock Hospice is a specialist palliative care facility. In 2019, a brand new extension was completed to increase hospice’s care capability and Stannah was the lift company of choice to supply, install and maintain the 33-person passenger lift for Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Built in 1815 and sited on the River Test near Winchester, Hampshire, this historic mill weaves silk fabrics using 19th-century machinery. One of just four working silk mills in the country, it is the only one open to visitors.
