We supply, install and maintain passenger lifts, platform lifts (vertical and inclined), service lifts (dumbwaiters), goods lifts, escalators and moving walkways. In addition to our standard product range we provide our customers with bespoke solutions for challenging projects.
Many of our lift products are manufactured by us in the UK and have been for almost 150 years. This means we can meet tight delivery deadlines and supply parts whenever needed.
Eleven nationwide service branches
Our eleven nationwide branches provide lift services, including 24/7 call-out, 365 days a year, right across the UK. Over 360 directly employed highly-trained lift engineers maintain most types of lift products from all manufacturers. We are constantly in touch with our on-the-road engineers through our ‘real-time’ IT solutions, so your calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently
Lift refurbishment and modernisation
Our services include the removal and replacement of old lift and escalator equipment or the refurbishment of existing equipment to improve performance and meet the latest lift regulations and standards.
Extensive construction projects, with multiple products to be installed over a long project period or a heritage site with special technical challenges, need our specialist major project team to provide a single point of contact. Examples of such projects are Kings Cross Station, The London Hippodrome, Birmingham New Street Regeneration and London Bridge Station.
National Contracts We centrally manage our multinational clients’ extensive lift and escalator portfolios ensuring all equipment remains in optimum working order. Our largest national contract is a ten-year maintenance portfolio of well over 1000 lifts for Network Rail on sites right across the UK.
