Our team are here to answer your calls and our highly-trained engineers are out and about in the region – never far away.

More about our services in the South Midlands and Home Counties

Our comprehensive service covers the main centres of Milton Keynes, Luton, Slough, Stevenage, Reading, Northampton and Oxford - and everywhere in between.

24/7, 365 days a year. Our emergency breakdown cover will put your lift, escalator or moving walkway back into service.

Not just Stannah!

We look after all types of lifts from ALL manufacturers . Our team of more than 30 engineers also refurbish and modernise current equipment and supply and install new lift products of all types for special projects.

In the South Midlands and Home Counties we look after hundreds of lifts from the urban conurbation of Slough to the magnificent city of Oxford. This includes most of the Network Rail station lifts in our region. We also maintain and refurbish lifts for many national retailers. And if you need a bespoke lift for a special project we can help you with that too. We regularly work with lift consultants, architects and contractors to ensure we all deliver excellent service to all our clients.

Service contracts

We offer a complete maintenance, breakdown and repair service, based around a range of 3 maintenance contracts designed to suit your every need and budget. Not just contract customers! If you do not have a service contract for your lift or stairlift we can still help. Simply call us on 01280 704600 and we will do all we can to help.

Our customers

Every one of our customers is our priority. We look after lifts in hospitals, schools, universities, railway stations, hotels, shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs, ships (yes, our lifts are on the ss Great Britain), museums, offices, cinemas, leisure centres, public buildings and, of course, in many private homes.

Our ethos

People, apprenticeships, community.

Stannah puts people at the top of its agenda. This is reflected in everything we do with our customers, suppliers and our own staff. People development is high on the priority list and, in return, we receive great dedication and loyalty from our employees. In Brackley our team has many years of service between them, some having worked in numerous roles across the Stannah Group.

Giving youngsters an opportunity is also a high priority so each year the company takes on a number of apprentices. We have 64 engineering apprentices across the whole Stannah service network.

We support the communities in which our staff live and work by getting involved in local causes and releasing our staff to volunteer. Projects are nominated by our staff so we can help wherever possible.

Stannah has been endorsed as a ‘Which? Trusted trader’ following an assessment and inspection of its stairlift installation business. The accolade reflects Stannah’s commitment to dependable, first-rate customer service.
