Lift repairs and breakdowns

We can provide 24 hours, 365 days a year lift repair & breakdown services to all our customers through our UK-wide service branches. Our close interaction between the local service branch team and field engineers mean we can deal with any request quickly and efficiently.

We don’t only help contract customers, we’re also able to help non-contract customers. So if your service has lapsed or you’re looking to get your lift back into commission, we’re the lift maintenance company to get your lift up to scratch.

Lift maintenance

Maintenance services are not only essential but a legal requirement, ensuring your lift, escalator and moving walkway is up to date, reliable and safe to use.

We’re proud that our company focuses on traditional servicing, rather than modular servicing. This means we undertake full preventative maintenance services to prevent problems and breakdowns from happening rather than quick visual inspections. We take the time to fully inspect, test, service, lubricate and where needed adjust the lift for each service visit. We also make sure to log every action so you have a full record of your lift’s service history.

In the long run, this type of maintenance increases the lifespan of the units we service and reduces the frequency of call-outs from lift breakdowns. Plus all servicing complies with the applicable manufacturer instructions, British Standards and specifications.

In addition to the maintenance services we provide, we’re also able to assist in thorough lift examinations and LOLER testing & certification.

Regional and National Service Contracts

We ensure peace of mind. We offer a range of service contracts to cover your requirements, plus we undertake bulk and national service contracts too.
